Interests

In my free time I love hiking (or just going for a walk along the coast). A relaxed walk has the advantage that I can bring my camera, which is always a good idea in Scotland! When outdoors, I also enjoy cycling as well as playing football. I love reading fantasy, science fiction and historical novels.

On a more academic side, I like thinking about anything to do with physics and engineering. That is why I enjoy reading the xkcd online comics a lot (definitely recommended if you don’t know them already!).
